Call Forwarding

You can program your calls to ring at another number. Each time a call is forwarded, your phone will make one short ring. It can still be used to make outgoing calls. 

TO USE: 
Lift handset and listen for dial tone 
Press * 72 (rotary dial 1172). Listen for dial tone 
Dial the number where you want your calls forwarded 
When phone is answered, your Call Forward is in effect 

TO TURN OFF SERVICE:
Lift handset and listen for dial tone 
Press * 73 (rotary dial 1173) 
Listen for confirmation tone then hang up 
Your Call Forward is now off, and your calls will ring normally 



CALL FORWARD BUSY *90
Whenever you're on the phone, you can be sure your callers can talk with someone else or leave a message for you. Easily turn it on or off, or change the forwarding number anytime.

TO "TURN ON" THE SERVICE: 
Lift handset and listen for dial tone 
Press * 90 (rotary dial 1190) 
Listen for dial tone 
Dial the number where you want your calls forwarded 
When phone is answered your Call Forward is in effect 

TO "TURN OFF" THE SERVICE: 
Lift handset and listen for dial tone 
Press * 91 (rotary dial 1191) 
Listen for confirmation tone and hang up 
Your Call Forward Busy is now "off" 

TO CHANGE THE "FORWARD TO" NUMBER: 
Turn off Call Forward Busy, and repeat the steps above to turn on Call Forward Busy, entering the new "forward to" number 



CALL FORWARD NO ANSWER *92
Calls will be forwarded to a pre-assigned phone number whenever you're not able to take the call.

TO "TURN ON" THE SERVICE:
Lift handset and listen for dial tone 
Press * 92. Listen for dial tone 
Dial the number of rings that you want your phone to ring before the call forwards 
Next, dial the number where you want your calls forwarded 
When phone is answered, your Call Forward is in effect 

TO "TURN OFF" THE SERVICE:
Lift handset and listen for dial tone 
Press * 93 
Listen for confirmation tone then hang up 
Your Call Forward is now off, and your calls will ring normally 



CALL FORWARD REMOTE ACCESS
Forward your call from a location other than your own phone line.

TO ACTIVATE: 
Dial 368-2255 if local, or 1-503-368-2255 if out of our area 
Receive dial tone 
Dial your 7 digit telephone number followed by your 5 digit Pin number 
Receive dial tone back 
Dial "option code" and follow normal procedure to activate or deactivate feature
