RTI Provides telephone service to over 196 square miles. From Oswald West State Park north of Manzanita on Hwy. 101, south to the mouth of the Nehalem River near Jetty Fishery; from Nehalem, east up Hwy. 53 past the Fish Hathery near milepost 6: from Nehalem up the South Fork of the Nehalem River to beyond the Salmonberry River; up Foley Creek to within Foley Creek Estates.
